We welcome short-term teams, and will work with you to make your time in Belize a meaningful and productive experience. Craig first went to Liberia, West Africa, on a short-term mission trip and knows the benefits of the short-term experience.
It’s not too late to plan a 2009 mission trip to Belize!
English-speaking Belize, Central America, is a great opportunity for church mission teams to minister in a different culture, country, and climate and still be able to communicate in English.
Belize is only a short two-hour flight from Houston, TX, or Miami, FL. You can leave most any place in the United States and be here in Belize by late afternoon.
Consider putting together a short-term missions team. We will work with you with pre-field orientation and preparations, an orientation session when you first arrive, and a debriefing session before leaving the field.
There are a number of projects that need your assistance. You could come for a week or two by yourself or with others, and give the most valuable thing you own: your time. Click here for needs page.
Another way you can get involved is to become an intern or field partner. If God has been speaking to you about full-time missions work, either short-term or career, please ask the Lord if you are to become involved in ministry with the Fritzlers in Belize. There is much work to be done; there is plenty of room for new laborers.
Consider partnering with the Fritzlers as an intern where you can be learning as you are doing the ministry. Or allow the Lord to use the Fritzlers to mentor you as you start in ministry in a cross-cultural setting.
